Sometime ago I asked some people, reasons why we should take care of our Physical well being/body. The answers were Amazing! See the answers. - A sick body frustrates a beautiful soul. - Health is wealth. - So as to enjoy our old age - The eye eats before the mouth(I understood by this that you need to look good) So,today let me give us 5 additional REASONS,you will see it resonates with the above answers. 1. You have only ONE BODY. The only vehicle that can't really discard to buy a new one.You do not want to be stranded due to sickness or low energy...so take care of you. 2. You feel GOOD,more optimistic and enthusiastic when you take care of you.A happy you brings about a productive you. 3. Boosts your ENERGY.This makes youore mentally alert and increase your productivity level 4. Taking care of you boosts your CONFIDENCE level. You feel lit,ready to take up more responsibility. 5. You would rarely take ill,if you do you recover faster and this will make you LIVE LONG on earth and of course enjoy old age. It's important to note that our Physical health has huge impact on how we feel,how our mind functions and even our emotions,it impacts our energy level, decision making and ability to handle daily life challenges...so will you TAKE CARE OF YOU? CANCERS...Creating Awareness, Aiming at Closing The Gap

CANCER is a group of disease, that occurs when abnormal cells grow uncontrollable or spread to other parts of the body. It can affect all ages, sex, ethnicity, nationality and social group this means anybody can be afflicted with cancer, the good or bad, the beautiful and not so pretty. Early detection is the key, hence the need to encourage annual medical checks and teach people healthy lifestyles that can help combat the disease. World cancer day(4th February) is an international day used to create awareness of about cancer and encourage it's prevention, detection and treatment. This helps us to be more proactive in reducing the number of deaths caused by cancer.
