#55 - Athletics, NIL & Mental Health - George Midgett
George Midgett is a collegiate athletics pro and servant leader who strives to help others fulfill their greatest potential. George started his career at Vanderbilt where he worked as a compliance coordinator. He also spent three years working as their Director of ELITE Program [Educating Leaders in Tomorrow's Endeavors] and three more years as an Assistant Director of Compliance. Mr. Midgett then transitioned to North Carolina Central University where he worked as their Director of Student-Athlete Leadership and Engagement for four years. Most recently, George worked for Kansas Athletics as the Director of Student-Athlete Leadership and Outreach which is where we connected. George attended Fisk University for his undergraduate Business Management studies; he also was a four-year letter winner in baseball.
