A Letter to My Younger Self

Welcome back to episode six of the Honest, Real, Raw podcast ! Have you ever wondered what your life would have been like if you knew the life lessons and social "hacks" that you know today? I'm not talking about what your fifth grade crush thought of you or if you should have worn a red dress to the prom, I'm talking about the valuable life advice and experience you have gained over the years. This week I'll be discussing the importance of personal learning and development through self-reflection. The idea for this podcast came about when I asked myself, 'what advice would I give my 16 year old self?'. It was only after I had assessed my own thoughts and actions, that I realized just how far I had come in a short period of time. Tune in to follow the journey and take some time to practice self-reflection ! The question for this week's 'Getting Deep' segment is a little different. I'm asking you all to write a letter to your younger self. What advice would you give your younger self? What would you have wanted to hear?
