Special Guest: David Dull

WOW! Talk about going back to your roots!

In this weeks episode, Kevin invited his former theater professor/director, David Dull to join our show. Kevin's first acting classes and performances were all taught by David which is one of the many reasons why we were extremely honored to have him on our show. Aside from that, we knew that David's wisdom would shine all throughout this episode and hopefully help some of our listeners who are getting started in the industry. This episode is full of stories, laughs, and life lessons that we hope our listeners enjoy.

So sit back and relax , as we go down memory lane with David Dull.

Raising the Bar: The New Expectation of Black Cinema

As we close out Black History Month 2021, we wanted to touch on a very important subject that is not commonly and publicly talked about within filmmaker circles. It is for this very reason we've decided to ask ourselves the question: How can we raise the bar as black/minority filmmakers?

In this episode, we are joined by Von Walker, a very talented filmmaker and dear friend of ours from Maryland, as well as Myles Evans, the Teenage Bounty Hunter heartthrob whom you might remember from our last episode. Both give great insights on how they personally contribute to a new narrative surrounding black cinema, but also what they'd like to see from those currently holding power in the industry.

So, listen in and enjoy a fresh perspective of our industry, and how we feel we can contribute to a new expectation of black cinema.

Enjoy!

Special Guest: Myles Evans

"Alexa, play Spottieottiedopaliscious by OutKast."

WE'RE BACK EVERYONE! Back like we never left, kicking off 2021's Black History Month with a New episode!

This week, we feature the one, the only, spottieottiedopaliscious ATL native Myles Evans as our special guest! If you've binged Netflix's Teenage Bounty Hunter, then you're more than familiar with Blair's one and only heart throb Miles Taylor. Whom, by the way, is played by...well...Myles! I'm no casting director, but I'd say that was PERFECT casting.

This episode centers around Myles career as an actor and filmmaker, and what steps he's taking to contribute to the diversity movement in Hollywood. He speaks about his future endeavors and how acting is being used as a platform to help fulfill a bigger brighter vision. A vision that goes far beyond being in front of a camera.

So tune in, get ready for some laughs, and enjoy the heart throb himself, Myles Evans.
