Box Breathing & Mini Sound Bath For Nervous System Regulation

Box Breathing, also known as tactical breathing is a very powerful practice for nervous system regulation, stress and anxiety management, and cultivating a sense of safety within.

When you control your breathing, you control your physical stress responses which in turn controls your emotional responses.

This is a gradual practice to help you gently expand your capacity to deepen your breath, and deepen your relaxation state.

My intention is to spread the practices of mindfulness to as many people who need it! Egypt is the mother of the world, and the Egyptian dialect is dear to my heart.
