My name is Jogile, I’m a certified #holistic #health - #wellness #coach at OneMindZone and today I wanted to speak about a very actual and important topic that I also coach with OneMindZone is work-life balance. Work-life balance can be difficult, but it is essential. Work often takes priority over everything else in our lives. And our desire for professional #success can make us forget our well-being. A #harmonious work-life balance, or integration of work and personal life, is crucial not only to our #physical, #emotional and #mental #wellbeing but also to our #career. And to speak about this very important topic I invited Eva Planas today. We met with Eva a couple of years ago in Barcelona, right before I decided to move to live there. And I loved her energy from the first time I saw her. I could feel that she is a really caring and loving person. Apart from that, she’s a great professional and probably the most experienced person I know that works in the #music #industry. She has been involved in the biggest #festivals around Spain, like Sonar, Monegros, being part of Red Bull Music Academy in Barcelona and now is the CEO, #Business Manager and #events director for one of the most known techno producers in the world #Richie #Hawtin.
