At age 32 Natalie Galyon was overweight, unhealthy, and diagnosed with melanoma cancer. In fact, she received the diagnosis one year after her mom passed away suddenly and eight months before that her father died of a heart attack. On top of all of that she was in a job she hated and a bad relationship. Natalie decided to take action; she started taking small daily action steps towards getting healthy and losing weight. Natalie shed her negative and limiting beliefs, and then she shed the weight. She lost 103 pounds, started her own business www.gritstrong.com, wrote a book “Your Super Power Practice”, and she made the cover of Woman’s Day Magazine. It all started with a decision to change.
