Blake Stelzer - "Are You Interested in Success or Are You Committed?"

Success does not happen over night. Blake was once an undersized athlete without goals. He was cut from his 9th grade basketball team. Rather than completely giving up he channeled his energy towards becoming a baseball player. He found limited success until he took ownership in his development. He created a plan on an spreadsheet and completely committed himself to it. His limitations became his strengths until two arm injuries derailed him. He continued to believe in himself and after two years of rehab he recovered and not only can he now throw in the 90's but this past summer he was named MVP for the St. Cloud Rox, of the Northwoods League. This is a podcast of commitment and perseverance paying off and I have no doubt he will find success in all areas of his life!!
