In this episode I talk with Treska, she is the founder of The Mind Tree in Curaçao. We talk about how she taps in her own experience growing up and how she is using this in her work as a children’s educator, a mentor and a teacher.

She openly talks about her life growing up in Curaçao, studying in The Netherlands. The cultural differences and why it is so important to already in the lives of young children to teach mindfulness, meditation and giving them the right ‘tools’ to grow in a healthy ‘next generation’
