What is Consciousness?

Is consciousness reserved only for humans? How do we know if something is conscious? Where does consciousness reside?

Today we take a look at what is Consciousness and how it is defined by scientists and mystics. Funnily enough the answers are very different depending on who you ask.

In our science segment we take a look at criteria necessary for science to recognize consciousness.

You will hear another interview with Dr. Donald Weiner and his wife Diana where we explore the theme of consciousness together.

In our segment If Not Now, When? - conversations with Alice Wyatt, she tells the story of having Space to Breathe, Space to Be.
