If you commit to something as little as 10 minutes a day (yoga, meditation) it can lead to 62 total hrs by the end of the year!
I decided last April to commit to 10min minimums of : Yoga, Jogging, Weight & Resistance Training, Meditation, Journaling, Singing, Piano, Guitar.
I have to say that 10 months in I feel much more flexible and stronger, mentally and physically!

I have battled addiction my entire adult life so will be using that subject as my 'home base' - the reason I have had to change and adapt...why I have had to identify what I am in control of and what I'm not in control of...and being fine with what I am not in control of.
