Reflection of the 2020 Pandemic Year | A conversation with Father Bill Danaher

I've had the privilege to work with Bill Danaher, the Rector of Christ Church Cranbrook, over the last 6 years as his Personal Trainer. Bill and I clicked instantly, and I believe it's due to our mission in the world - to connect deeper with others while helping them create a healthy relationship within themselves mentally, physically, and spiritually. We have always been able to connect on a deep level, all while having fun and sweating 🤣

The conversations, on top of the insight we have in our given professions, are worthy of being recorded for those seeking guidance, clarity and support in a world made of constant distraction and judgement.

Bill and I discuss all things around mental and physical health that we've observed and takeaways to grow from in the last year of the Pandemic.
