37m · Not Your Average Fitness Podcast · 31 Aug 03:00

Should everyday gym goers have the same approach to training like pro Athletes?

Very often we find comparing ourselves to pro Athletes and the like, people we look up to and are likely to assume that the only way to get fit is by doing all the things.

In this weeks episode we are sharing our view on this, as well as the all so famous assumption that we all have the same 24hrs in the day.

Listen in to find out how to make fitness work for you without over training or being overwhelmed and finally finding a routine that works for you.

Make sure to go ahead and share with your friends, family, dogs, babysitters, business partners, that dude in the gym and really anyone you think could benefit from this!

The problem with congratulating someone's appearance

Today we are talking about a quite challenging and almost controversial topic.

Is congratualting someone's appearance really bad?

Does losing weight really make you a more accepted person?

And can you be body positive and still want to change your appearance?

Please note that these are my own thoughts discussed,  but I would love to hear your so if you want to talk about it - slide into the DMs or send an Email.
