In my last blog on my take on diets (Diets: My Take) I mentioned lifestyle change. For the sake of this blog, I’ll call lifestyle change steps or processes taken to permanently improve one’s wellness. In the previous blog I wrote about BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate) and TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure) and how it relates to weight loss by essentially watching your calories.
