In today's Episode, "Siver Bullet" we are discussing "Tools" we use, as Trauma Survivors, to meet challenges of our days.  We will discuss to some degree "Post Trauma Growth" and how I have found myself on several paths described by Kasley Killam, on December 15th, 2015, in an article titled "How To Find Meaning In Suffering."  We will discuss how some trauma survivors of sexual trauma, and Domestic Violence are minimized and often reporting is pushed to the rear, behind those same claims made by other, merely on Sex, Race, or other group identifiers.

I ask questions like, What Tools Do you Use, to work through symptoms of Traumatic events?

I encourage audience participation, by messaging me, on both questions I pose, and as to give feedback in their input on the episode.  We are planning on asking some of our listeners to participate and potentially become Guests on our show as well, to share insights, thier stories, and some of their means of dealing with Life's struggles after trauma.

We do ask for those who are excited and interested in this podcast, to join our Patron Donors club; which is currently being built and will soon be implemented; as we are completely self funded, and resources could go a long way, in bringing professionals in the Mental Health Field, to visit us as Guest Speakers, as well as allow our listeners to become guests as well.

Perspectives in Trauma

In this episode, I discuss the perceptions of the words "Victimization," "Victim," and "Survivor."   I discuss the truths that each of us live our lives in, and how it may impact our ability to become empowered to take back control; that may have been perceived as "Taken" by others.  We discuss "Masculine and Feminine" energies, and roles they play in Trauma, and the identities of "Victim," and "Survivor."

I also reveal that I am now doing "Life Coaching" for Trauma Survivors, and working with emotions such as Depression, Anxiety, habits, and other areas, including Relationships with ourselves and others.   You can book a free session with me by emailing me at: [email protected].
