So many courses, so many experts, so many books and it’s only growing exponentially. And I’m the first to tell you I love that stuff. But here’s the thing that hit me that I think we all need to remember - information is only the starting point, transformation is the finish line… there’s a whole length of track in between where you have to apply what you’re learning and actually do the work.

At the beginning of 2019 I set an intention to read one book a week in 2019! That’s right, 52 Books this year. Now here we are on February 28 and I’ve already managed to read 12 books! Not only is this exciting to me because I’ve already exceeded my goal, but after some thought I realized how groundbreaking this is for me personally because in previous years I always failed at my goal of reading 12 books in a year (1 a month). So what changed? —-I Declared my intention… ad KEPT declaring it. —-I Protected the time I needed to see it through —-I had a tangible system and strategy that made sense to me —-I gave myself freedom within my framework
