The women brainstorm on words to describe Starr, finally landing on authentic, thankful, and inclusive. Edwards measures success by how content she feels throughout the entirety of the process. When asked to give advice to young women following in her footsteps, Edwards encourages women to be comfortable delegating, surround themselves with people who will push them, don’t be afraid, and to have grace for themselves.

Beginning her law career during the pandemic, Brackins discusses the realities of changing careers and pushing themselves to new limits. Initially wanting to obtain her law degree to further her credibility in the music industry, Brackins realized another passion of hers was to help entrepreneurs develop their businesses, wealth, and assets. She saw the importance of helping individuals create their empires and unlocking information and resources for them. When brainstorming a word to accurately describe Sacha, the women threw around resilient, energetic, driven, and free spirit - all of which ring true. Brackins measures success through spending time with her children while simultaneously being able to pour into clients in the workplace. When asked to give advice to young women following in her footsteps, Sacha encourages girls to give themselves a little slack, don’t worry about getting things done perfectly, get good people around you, and to be kind.
