(Ep. 11) Take Time Off.. Not Doing So Is KILLING Your Progress!

In this I talk over a recent experience I had with feelings of overwhelm with my goals and my progress towards them. I have been overextending myself and it was through this that I learned the importance of taking time off. By not taking time off, my work was suffering and I don't want the same for you. Here are some ways to combat burnout and to really make sure it doesn't happen to you.

We live in such a fear based society. Fear of stepping out of line, fear of getting embarrassed, fear of losing money, fear of war, fear of economic downturns, fear, fear, fear... Sadly this is all that the mainstream media perpetuates to the world. Fear is keeping you from activating on the things you love and want to achieve. In this video, I talk to overturn this narrative of fearing a recession when in reality they are good thing for the economy.
