In this I talk over a recent experience I had with feelings of overwhelm with my goals and my progress towards them. I have been overextending myself and it was through this that I learned the importance of taking time off. By not taking time off, my work was suffering and I don't want the same for you. Here are some ways to combat burnout and to really make sure it doesn't happen to you.

This episode covers one of a few major things that Ripple and its native cryptocurrency, XRP, has to offer. It is the tech behind its ability to facilitate faster, cheaper, and overall, more efficient cross border payments using its On Demand Liquidity (ODL) tech, formerly known as xRapid. The next couple episodes we will be covering the 2 other major offerings by Ripple, one being its affiliation with CBDC's and the other, the XRPL for developers. Sadly this is all that the mainstream media perpetuates to the world. Fear is keeping you from activating on the things you love and want to achieve. If you are in the crypto space then you most likely have heard the term “DeFi”. Well it is not something you should glance over or let in one ear and out the other. DeFi is where a lot of potential lies within the crypto space, especially if you are interested in creating sufficient passive income for yourself or turning crypto into a full time job and work from wherever you want.

It is easy to take things for granted, and it is usually not until we no longer have something that we see the value it had. Don’t let that happen any more and appreciate the people, relationships, abilities, your health and the beauty around you that you have to enjoy.
