Addressing Your Feelings

This week we're diving into the topic of recognizing and addressing your emotions. Many of us tend to avoid addressing our feelings and emotions since it can be uncomfortable, overwhelming, or even scary. However, this usually leads to pent-up feelings and emotional baggage that can weigh us down and affect our quality of life. In this discussion, we explore why it's necessary to confront your emotions head-on, recognize, and express them to improve your overall well-being. We also talk about the role of emotional intelligence, including how to identify and understand emotions, and coping mechanisms to help manage them in a healthy way.

Relentlessly Sober

In this episode, we  hear from teenagers who have experienced drug experimentation and addiction, and how they found their way back to sobriety. Through candid conversations, our guests share how they became involved in drug use, what motivated them to quit, and how they plan to stay sober after rehab.

We'll also dive into how childhood experiences can impact a person's decision to experiment with drugs and how these experiences can continue to influence them into adulthood. Our guests share how anger issues and other negative behaviors can be passed down from parents to children, and the importance of setting boundaries - especially with family members.

Sharing Your Beliefs - The Right Way

You have something amazing to share and you can't wait to shout it from the rooftops. Well, you might want to hold on a moment. It's happened to everyone. You've gotten stuck in a conversation with someone sharing (read: preaching) their beliefs and anything you have to say is irrelevant. It's not always easy, but there's a right way and a wrong way to share your ideas. This week we'll cover how to inspire others and even ignore those who may have different beliefs than you. Because it's your life and you get to live it on your terms thank you very much.
