Well, now you can be a fly on the wall in a real therapy session, an Unnoticed Observer. During this podcast, you’ll hear a real group therapy session with a modern twist. Our group therapy sessions are done as a mock podcast where participants are encouraged to have an open dialogue about their mental health and addiction challenges. As an observer of this show, we hope that you learn something helpful for those among us whose struggles often do go unnoticed.
