My first Christmas as a business owner was a learning experience. 

In 1998 the idea of doing business on Christmas Day wasn’t a popular one in Australia. But just by heading to the store for a quick clean on Christmas Day, I saw first-hand an opportunity to make a unique connection with my community and change my business methods forever.
