When the Prime Minister announced COVID restrictions back in March, I was suddenly confronted with the possibility of closing my business.  It brought back some strong memories from a similar moment in my childhood – but that drove me to pivot and make changes to my business model, and within weeks we had rebuilt confidence in our brand, saved hundreds of jobs and emerged as an industry leader.
