Highlights include:
πŸ’‘ Is designing the β€˜perfect’ bag actually the fastest way for manufacturers to go out of business?
πŸ’‘ Why is there a difference between bags seen in stores and what people are carrying?
πŸ’‘ How do bags both afford and constrain our everyday experiences?
πŸ’‘ Do aesthetics or utility spark more joy for consumers?
πŸ’‘ How might bag designs be future-proofed for ever-changing tech?

The International Arrivals and Departures Experience - Forms, Forms, Forms

Geoff and Guy both acknowledge and lament the challenges in getting airlines and international travel "back to the way it was", particularly in regard to all the extra security and forms being required to arrive or depart a country. However, let's all ignore the fact that this episode is being released 6 months after it was recorded together in person since many of the discussed restrictions have now been lifted - timeliness is not our strong suit, but the points are relevant nonetheless.
Highlights include:
πŸ’‘ When and where should you choose to make your customers wait?
πŸ’‘ Whose responsibility is it to complete all due diligence requirement checks before departing?
πŸ’‘ Can proactive communications to set customer expectations actually be harmful?
πŸ’‘ What role can we as passengers play in driving the change we want to see?

The Auto Parts Store Experience - Complete with road noise

Geoff and Guy are finally back and recording together in person for the first time... from a phone... in a car. If you like your podcasts to really put you in the context of the moment, this episode is for you - road noise and all.
Highlights include:
πŸ’‘ How can we make asking for product help more approachable?
πŸ’‘ How can we drive in-store sales through service propositions?
πŸ’‘ How can we reduce the feeling of elitism with specialty stores and services?
πŸ’‘ What benefits might we see by paying a little extra for professional installation?
