From checking emails to watching videos and purchasing products, we use these ubiquitous tools multiple times a day, so we thought they deserved a deeper look and a moment to consider why we arenβt readily seeing if a different one would better meet our needs.

The International Arrivals and Departures Experience - Forms, Forms, Forms
Geoff and Guy both acknowledge and lament the challenges in getting airlines and international travel "back to the way it was", particularly in regard to all the extra security and forms being required to arrive or depart a country. However, let's all ignore the fact that this episode is being released 6 months after it was recorded together in person since many of the discussed restrictions have now been lifted - timeliness is not our strong suit, but the points are relevant nonetheless.

π‘ Whose responsibility is it to complete all due diligence requirement checks before departing?
π‘ Can proactive communications to set customer expectations actually be harmful?
