#150 - Casey's Transformation Story; The First Action Step

It is an honor to have this be Think Fitness Life's 150th episode.

From a diagnosis of an aggressive cancer that put her abruptly in the hospital for 30 days, to suffering a stroke and being placed in a 3 day coma.

Casey's journey brought her body down to a point where she had to regain strength to just sit up in bed and re-learn to tie her shoes before she could eventually learn to walk again.

Now she's a fitness enthusiast herself, a Nutritionist, Yoga Instructor, a squatting addict and Personal Coach to cancer survivors and trauma individuals.
