From a diagnosis of an aggressive cancer that put her abruptly in the hospital for 30 days, to suffering a stroke and being placed in a 3 day coma.

Casey's journey brought her body down to a point where she had to regain strength to just sit up in bed and re-learn to tie her shoes before she could eventually learn to walk again.

Now she's a fitness enthusiast herself, a Nutritionist, Yoga Instructor, a squatting addict and Personal Coach to cancer survivors and trauma individuals.

Permanent changes to the way the human body operates can have a big downside, and worsen symptoms or create new ones. Things such as permanent retainers, lasik eye surgery, orthotics or relying on a certain shoe to fix patterns can make things worse.
