Healing - Incorporating the body into the healing process
Neuroscience research shows that the only way we can change the way we feel is by becoming aware of our inner experience and learning to befriend what is going with our bodies. Our minds often need to be reeducated to feel physical sensations and through connecting the mind and body once can slowly reconnect with ourselves.
