In sales, the worst a person could say is no, rejection is all a part of the job. A good salesperson has an actual desire to help people solve their problems. Sales reps should not push the product, but try to find out if the product will even benefit the consumer. On the other hand, marketing is to inform people there is a problem and offer solutions. Being a brand that has multiple positive attributes and establishes a story that makes people feel connected to the products they are trying to sell.
