Our episode 15 guest, Troy Hoffman, founder of Simpluris, recalls from his own experiences and discusses the importance of finding a balance between working on the business and working on yourself. He and Lead2Goals' Scott De Long discuss this and other aspects of his approach, successes and more.
In January 2007, Troy Hoffman opened the doors of Simpluris, Inc. with a small team of experts. Within 5 years, Simpluris has become a nationally recognized claims administrator with 50+ employees, offices in 3 states, and has received recognition from Inc. 500 for its achievements. Before Troy built Simpluris, he was hired as the Director of Class Action Services for a well-known settlement administration company that at the time did not work in class actions. During his tenure there, he took the non-existent Class Action department and created brand recognition on a national scale. His accomplishments included the development of case administration systems, comprehensive data tracking technology, and a core training system increasing efficiency and accuracy. Troy has been a leader in developing comprehensive information technology structures that service clients with improved case management tools, producing cost-effective case solutions lowering administrative costs for clients. Troy’s unique combinations of competencies coupled with Simpluris’ experienced team, offers its clients an innovative and cost effective case administration partnership. Troy is a frequent guest lecturer in the industry on class action related topics, including online claims filing, class notice campaigns and other current issues within class action administration. Troy earned both his undergraduate degree in Multi-National Financial Management and his Masters in Performance Management Psychology from Florida State University.
