Szilvia Bata has an extensive experience in luxury five star hotels in the USA and Hungary. I got to know her when I returned to Hungary and I was always very interested in her journey. She is currently the Chief Concierge at Aria Hotel Budapest by Library Collection, which is the number one hotel for many years on TripAdvisor in Budapest and also in Hungary. As well as she is member of the Les Clefs D'Or community. She shared her path, experiences, passion for guest experience; how did she get to her current position and many more during our discussion.
