Navigating a career transition requires inner work and strategic movement.  That inner work requires that we are honest with ourselves as we strive to live the life we want.  As a coach, her objective is to guide you to your aligned career.   In this episode, Dr. Monique highlights four guiding principles that she uses in her career coaching practice with clients.  It's called the L.E.A.D. (Listen, Embrace, Affirm, Decide) Coaching Framework.  Unpacking the principles is a small piece of the puzzle when considering a transition. The goal is to identify what you want and need, what you want to do, and how you want to feel. She also helps her clients create a career plan and a job search strategy. Listen in as she gives the cliff note version of the principles.  Complimentary coaching calls are always available through her website services page.
