Looking for a quick snack? This could be it!
You'll need:
- Peanut butter (100g)
- Oats (100g)
- Dried fruit (50g)
- A squeeze of honey
Put all the ingredients into a bowl and mix well. Then form them into small balls – about six or so of them – and pop the in the fridge.
Done! Help yourself whenever you're feeling peckish!

Pancakes (by Finn)
To make pancakes, you'll need:
- 1 cup of flour
- 1 cup of milk
- 2 eggs
- oil
- toppings
You will also need a bowl and a pan.
Put 1 cup of flour, 1 cup of milk and 2 eggs into a bowl and mix them to make pancake mix.
Put oil into a pan and when hot pour the pancake mix onto the pan and flip them when they need to.
Remember to always get help from a grown-up when working in the kitchen.
When cooked, put the pancakes on a plate and add whatever toppings you like!

Pizza Roll-Ups (by Finlay)
To make pizza roll ups, you will need:
- pizza dough
- sauce
- grated cheese
- toppings
You will also need a knife, baking tray and oven gloves.
Get some pizza dough and spead some sauce over it, then scatter some grated cheese and your choice of toppings.
Roll the dough into a sausage shape and cut it into spirals, then put themonto a baking tray and put them in the oven for 10 minutes.

To make gnocchi, you will need:
- gnocchi
- sausages
- vegtables
- 1tbsp of oil
You will also need a baking tray and oven gloves.
Put the gnocchi, sausages and vegetables on a baking tray and drizzle 1tbsp of oil over them.
Put the baking tray in the oven and leave them to roast for 20 minutes.

To make this simple recipe, you will need:
- a yoghurt pot of your favourite flavour
You will also need a stick or a spoon.
Put a stick or a spoon in the yoghurt pot and leave it in the freezer until frozen.
Take the stick or spoon out of the freezer to eat.

- a banana
- a spoon of coco
You will also need a blender and a freezer bag.
Peel the banana and put it into a freezer bag, then put the bag into the freezer.
Put the banana into the blender with a spoon of coco. You can even add other fruit like raspberries if you wish!
