You may have seen them popping up here and there around the nation: cool cities. You might even live in a cool city right now. Maybe your city is becoming a cool city. Maybe you don't like it. What we call it when we don't like it is gentrification. That's what's happening to T****lvania right now, in our Tin Shed District.
