You Have Nothing to Prove

6m · Published 19 Sep 12:23

I was inspired by the book called Nothing to Prove by Jennie Allen. I shared couple of thoughts for you to think your life differently.

Here is what the book is all about:

From the author, Jennie Allen.

"All too many of us struggle under the weight of life, convinced we need to work harder to prove to ourselves, to others, and to God that we are good enough, smart enough, and spiritual enough to do the things we believe we should.
Author and Bible teacher Jennie Allen invites us into a different experience, one in which our souls overflow with contentment and joy. In Nothing to Prove she calls us to."

You are allowed to have BAD HABITS!

11m · Published 24 Jul 11:11

We have been taught to be the perfect version of ourselves by all those motivational speakers and life coaches, right?

I was one of those people who were trying to tell and teach everyone how to get their life together. However, before the pandemic happened, I started seeing the power of being still and letting go in my life. Since then, I started learning and teaching how to let go of being perfect.

You don't have to have healthy habits all the time. Sometimes, you can have bad habits; drinking soda, eating junk food, not working out...etc. Your body needs change, your mind needs a break and your soul needs to feel free! So why not letting of all those perfectionism and living one day at a time? Feeling every motion that we have, allowing ourselves to be.

Do YOU and Be YOU...

For more inspiration, please share this episode with your friends and leave me a review. :)

Thank you
