She is extremely passionate about helping others master their mindset, tap into their power & potential after a struggle within her own personal journey. An absolutely beautiful soul inside & out, with SO much knowledge, a very easy chat with so many helpful tips & advice. Once again we kind of forgot we were on a Podcast!

Caroline is one of our own, a 29yr old girl from our little home town of Newcastle, County Down, N. Ireland.  As well as working as a full time Teacher, through moving to Sydney, Australia 6 years ago Caroline has created "A County Down Under" and has had unbelievable success just one year in. Through her own very popular Podcast & amazing events not just in Australia but now across the world - Caroline has created a community for anyone living abroad or at home to realise that they are never alone. We chat soul searching after a big break-up, dating again, mental health, social media, the struggles with a life away from home & family & lots more! We were enjoying a good girly chat so much so we kind of forgot we were recording! lol

We chat Limiting beliefs - If we can find the cause of the thoughts that are holding us back it is so much easier to begin to change them. Afterall - They are only thoughts & we CHOOSE them! We discuss creating a vision, setting goals & finding your WHY. If we do not have a clear vision of what we want to achieve we are like a car without a destination, getting nowhere & ultimately stuck. Unhealthy habits, addictions and lots more! an amazing episode!

Welcome to the Women_Konnected Podcast.

Episode 6 we are delighted to welcome our first guest - the very zen, beautiful & inspiring Deirdre Ireland from Harmony Yoga Ireland. Us girls have recently teamed up with Deirdre to launch our first local event Konnect @ Sunrise Yoga in our hometown of Newcastle, Co.Down which we are so excited about!

In this episode we discuss the benefits of Yoga, going inwards to find who you are, accepting yourself & being true to your values. From a degree in Psychology, to teaching in London & Dubai for several years, Deirdre who is also a Yoga Teacher has recently just moved home to Newcastle & we are delighted she has came on with us to share her knowledge!
