Good food, bad food, periods and falling tress.

Don't feel guilty for eating bad food. There is no such thing as good or bad food. Just calories. If you want to eat an apple pie eat the apple pie just remember to treat your calories the same way you treat your bank account. Don't over spend. Also, ladies, have you ever wondered why in the week leading up to your period your more hungry and when. you are on your period you just want all the bad foods? well to everyones surprise Chris had the answer. TIMBER!!!!
