About Angie:
Angie is a Risk Advisor who began her insurance career while interning at a township mutual in Story City, IA. After college, she continued her career in various commercial underwriting roles with Federated Insurance and Risk Administration Services. Additionally, Angie’s main passion and the majority of her career have been in the insurance agency where she has held roles from service to sales to operations management.

About Charlie:
Charlie is a Risk Advisor whose career in insurance started with North Risk Partners in 2018. After graduating from St. John’s University (MN), he excelled in working for a local hardware distributor in sales and account management. Charlie was approached by North Risk Partners due to his passion for assisting clients to the highest level and his great personality.

Charlie is a “hybrid producer” who handles both Property & Casualty insurance and Small Group Employee Benefits programs. This specialty allows him to dive deeper into the operations of the business to learn more about preventative risk management approaches versus the reactive insurance approaches of the past.

More than ever, in these times of transition and stress, awareness of strengths, and how to activate them is an opportunity for us all to thrive.

Learning Objectives:
1) A brief understanding and overview of CliftonStrengths.
2) How learning and living  Strengths is particularly relevant during this time of uncertainty.
3) Ideas around how to use strengths for positive impact as we transition into a new normal.

About the speakers:

Once upon a time, Michele and Tricia went to the same church, middle school, and high school. In 2019, they reconnected for coffee and chatted about shared values and beliefs and quickly realized their skills were quite complimentary. Michele's work coaching small to mid-sized businesses on vision, strategy, process, and accountability, coupled with Tricia's focus on strategic alignment, communications, and engagement make a powerful combo. And so, began a collaboration designed to help individuals and businesses grow.
