2009 and despite a personal massive set back and the financial crisis I plunged into the world of self employment. Field of dreams 'if you build they will come' couldn't have been more wrong. It's a story of how I had worked for one of the most amazing employers ever; they had given me so much training, development and support. But while I worked in the same building, the company was very different now and not in a good way. I had lost my passion, my purpose and worse of all I was now in hospital! In this episode you'll learn how it all happened and how despite the set backs once I returned to work I took redundancy and set up my own business. I must have been mad! I tell this story of becoming self employed, not to say how great I am or impression you.
