This launched Kaliym into an in-depth research project which turned into a book.

Throughout our conversation, we talk more about this process of bringing The 12-Inch Rule of Leadership to fruition. We also get into Kaliym’s educational and career background and discuss some of his best leadership principles. Tune in to learn from the many varied experiences of Kaliym Isalm.
