The power of podcasting - With Chris Anderson

32m · Published 25 Mar 18:48

Chris Anderson is a fellow Hoosier (that means he's from Indiana) and a fellow podcasting enthusiast. He's a little more enthusiastic than I am because he's built a business around it! Talk about making a living doing what you love.

Chris has a human approach to life that I loved hearing about and his story about where he got the name for his company, Pencil Leadership, is one of the coolest stories I've heard in a long time. Hope you enjoy this one as much as Chris and I enjoyed making it!

Community is more than just a tv show - With Chuck Winslow

29m · Published 13 Feb 12:23

Chuck Winslow has a fascinating story. Starting out in the marines and ending up as a trailer designer, Chuck's life hasn't always gone according to plan. That hasn't kept Chuck from pursuing his deepest passions, giving back to his community and living his life with no regrets.

I've rarely met a more genuine person than Chuck, he's really not afraid to be exactly who he is and let the pieces fall where they may. His heart for serving others and doing the right thing also make him a standout in a world full of charlatans. This was a great episode, I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

Unicorns do exist - with Alden Cayse

1h 8m · Published 13 Feb 12:08

As you'll find on this episode, Alden is the only person I've ever met who talks as much as I do. The hardest part about this episode was ending it! We could have just kept going for another hour easily.

Alden is a truly remarkable marketer and storyteller. With broad professional and life experience, Alden brings a unique blend of humor and clarity to her stories. If you need help finding your voice or learning the elusive art of storytelling, I suggest giving Alden a look.

Akshaya has an infectious optimism and joy that she brings to her life and it shines through in this episode. She's a content creator and self proclaimed "newsletter nerd," but underneath it all, she's a genuine human person.

Akshaya shares some of the best content creation and branding advice I've heard in a long time, so you don't want to miss this one, but more than that, you're going to end this episode in a good mood and that's honestly worth more!
