Grassroots Marketing features guest, Rebecca Davis, CEO and Owner of Kannonball Insurance Solutions LLC, Stephensville, TX.  Rebecca has been in insurance for 8 years, Medicare sales for 4.  Her business has grown rapidly in the last few years and she attributes the growth to community outreach aka grassroots marketing.  Rebecca has a favorite saying, "shut the backdoor while the front door is open."  In other words, take every precaution to not allow sales to leave you due to lack of customer retention efforts, while adding sales through the front door.  Her favorite mantra is "build it and they will come."
