In this venture, I am talking with Terra Dunham. Terra is the owner of Boot + Bottle, a bookstore with wine and a wine bar with books. They also sell coffee and snacks. Terra talks about the difficulty of creating three different business models under one umbrella business, physically transforming her store from a shoe repair store into a wine bar, and ultimately opening up a brand new wine/book/coffee bar right as a pandemic started.
