Doug specializes in obtaining suitable coverage for the most complex business exposures. Over the course of his career, Doug has held both company and agency management positions, and has enjoyed being featured in several insurance trade publications. Doug is also a family man, with a wife and two kids, and is heavily involved in community affairs as well as a devoted member of the Kappa Sigma fraternity.

Daniel Sarmiento runs a baseball social media page called DSARM. On Youtube and Instagram. Dan hopes to create a one-stop shop for all types of baseball media. He also hopes to help grow the game and educate others.

As a Principal and co-owner, Christine’s commitment to positive community impact is a guiding value of KITE Architects and is reflected both in their work and in her numerous civic and volunteer roles. Her career as an architect has focused on effective management and technical excellence that is critical for effective design. Christine’s appreciation for KITE’s creative approach brought her to Providence in 2003 to join the firm that she has co-owned since 2008, and is a value that drives the team to this day. After working as an architect for nearly a decade in the Washington, D.C., area, Christine completed post-professional graduate work at Harvard that focused on management and development issues related to sustainable building. Committed to serving the community beyond her work with KITE, Christine is heavily involved in a number of civic boards and nonprofit organizations. She was Chair of the Providence City Plan Commission from 2012 until 2022 and is the Architect member of the Providence Building Board. A two-time Emmy Award-winner, Andrew Roberts is a versatile Visual Effects Supervisor with over 25-years of experience in crafting effects for film, television, and commercials. Among a number of accolades, Roberts earned a Primetime Emmy nomination for his work on Bury My Heart at Wounded Knee, and received Sports Emmy Awards for his contributions to the Super Bowl 36 and Super Bowl 39 television specials. In 2021, Roberts served as Virtual Production Supervisor on the highly successful Disney+ miniseries, Obi-Wan Kenobi directed by Deborah Chow. Previously Roberts worked alongside director Iris Shim as Visual Effects Supervisor on her thriller Umma. An exceptional collaborator, Roberts' expertise in supporting filmmakers from script through on-set production to screen shines in each project he contributes to. His credits include Godzilla vs Kong, the award-winning animated short Cops and Robbers, Ang Lee's Gemini Man, and the Oscar-nominated film Snow White and the Huntsman. Roberts serves as a mentor to artists from underrepresented backgrounds and diverse groups through the Academy GOLD Program. He is a member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences (Visual Effects Branch), the Visual Effects Society, ACM Siggraph, and the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences (Special Visual Effects).
