Cleves #Bulgaria was set up 12 years ago. Since then we have grown and currently own nearly 100 fully serviced rental properties in Sofia. We also manage another 30 plus apartments, for example the new luxury facility in San Stefano.

Focused on the Sofia market only, providing services to all the Embassies located here as well as corporate clients. There are a few private individuals but these are only 5-6% of total revenue. Cleves provides their clients with short-term and long-term rentalopportunities - from 3 nights to multiple years. This way we can accommodate clients coming for a full mandate of 3-5 years, or people coming for a single trip.

Hi, my name is Emil. I am an engineer and lifelong guitarist. One of the things that gives me great pleasure is not only playing, but experimenting with different pedals to find that dream tone I hear in my head. We can all relate to the 'Holy Grail' search.

As an engineer, I’ve had the opportunity to work with many musicians and explore all kinds of awesome gear. I've noticed that guitarists invest a lot of time & effort into finding a sound that suits their taste and playing style. This is a process that never ends. As players develop over time, their demands tend to get higher and higher.

That's why about 8 years ago I came up with the idea of ​​a modular guitar pedal, which I called SnapDrive. Together with the ZEKENG engineering team we put a lot of effort into the design. After several years of hard work, however, we found out that it was simply too complex to bring to the market.

#Milchmania is a start-up which was founded in 2018 in Bielefeld, Germany. The company offers unique, colourful clothes and accessories for new born babies. The characters and products are Elsa Dorlian's own creation. The products are produced in collaboration with local experienced companies in Bielefeld. As simple as that, this is how “Milchmania” was born.

I am Elsa Dorlian, born in 1983 and raised in lebanon. I am a Lebanese/German art director/designer. I studied in French and received my Masters degree in #Advertising in 2006 in Lebanon after which I worked with International advertising agencies for 7 years in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

I moved in 2014 to Bielefeld to start a new chapter in my life with the person I love.

I became then, in 2015, for the first time a mother of a beautiful girl, and again in 2017 of a handsome boy.

During my first year of motherhood, I tried many times to freelance, but unfortunately it was very hard. My full time job as a mother gave me the opportunity to think about building my own brand/company, not any company but something related to kids. With the little time I had, when my daughter used to sleep during the day, I had the chance to start creating and drawing Milchmania’s characters.

As parents, my husband and I made sure that everything from the small tiny things to the big ones were ready before the arrival of our kids.

I realized that parents start designing their kids’ room even before they are born, they prepare everything so when they come to this world, open their eyes and look around, they see colours, and happiness.

My love to colours since I was young, the passionate mother that I am, the decorative objects I created for my kids and the love of the kids for milk created together Milchmania.

I started then brainstorming with my husband, who without his continuous support and help, Milchmania would have never see the light.

I created Milchmania and I hope that together with you, we will let it survive and many babies will open their eyes to beautiful colours.
