Happy 2023 everybody; here at Get Community, January 1st is also the anniversary of opening our doors! Kelly and Ryan sat down with some of the GC team that’s been here for all our growth. Together the team discusses how much we’ve grown as a company and how we hope to see the company grow in the next 12 years! So mix up our cocktail of the week and join us for your happiest hour.

Cocktail of the Week - Get Community’s Pomegranate Fizz

1.5 oz Vodka
3 oz Pomegranate juice
Chilled Champagne or Prosecco of choice
Pomegranate seeds to garnish (optional)
Fill the martini shaker with ice. Pour the vodka and pomegranate juice over the ice. Place the lid on the shaker and shake for 20-30 seconds until the outside of the shaker is frosty and cold. Pour into champagne glasses and fill to the top with champagne. Garnish with some pomegranate seeds!

Cocktail of the Week - Cranberry Martini

3 oz Vodka
1 oz Orange liqueur (Triple sec or Cointreau)
1.5 oz Simple syrup
3 oz Cranberry juice
6-7 Ice cubes
Sugared Cranberries to garnish (optional)

Fill the martini shaker with 6-7 ice cubes. Pour the vodka, orange liqueur, simple syrup, and cranberry juice over the ice. Place the lid on the shaker and shake for 20-30 seconds until the outside of the shaker is frosty and cold. Pour into martini glasses rimmed with sugar. Garnish with sugared cranberries or orange slices.

Cocktail of the Week - Limoncello Collins

2 oz limoncello
1.5 oz gin
1.5 oz lemon juice, freshly squeezed
3 or 4 fresh mint leaves
Club soda to top
Sprig of fresh mint and lemon wheels, for garnish

Add mint leaves to a tall glass and crush with a muddler or the handle of a wooden spoon. Add ice, limoncello, gin, and lemon juice to the glass. Top with club soda, stir gently. Garnish with lemon wheels and fresh mint.
