Welcome to Season 2 and the first episode of 2021 of the Real Conversations Podcast with David Greenspan of KiTS.

KiTS stands for Keeping in Touch Systems, a company David created to service Realtors in their business to help them stay in flow and contact with their database.

We touch on David's beginnings in real estate, the creation of KiTS as well as the new venture he launched last year in David Greenspan Coaching. So many amazing nuggets in this episode with Adam Bailey of the Just Do It Movement and ExP. One of my favorite parts of this episode is where Adam gets real with us and talks about when he had to put his ego aside, leave what he helped build and move forward to bigger and better things. This part of the podcast really resonated with me for a lot of reasons. Adam is an amazing human and I was so proud to have him as a guest on the podcast this week.

This week I had the pleasure of talking to Nolan Matthias Lead Planner of Mortgage360, Canada's first B-Corp mortgage brokerage. Man we talked about a lot of stuff in this episode but it is chock full of amazing stories and good nuggets for you to chew on and look to implement into your business.
