In this episode, Heather Gifford-Jenkins talks about why it's so important that you learn to control your fears when owning and growing a business, enabling you to move outside your comfort zone. 

She recounts a story of when she was a little girl she had several night terrors and how she plucked up the courage to 'punch' through them and evaporate the fear - this taught her a very valuable lesson of F.E.A.R. standing for False Evidence Appearing Real and helped her face many fears over 25 years of entrepreneurship.
