Your influence is potentially the most valuable resource you will ever possess, but if you are not intentional about the way you are stewarding it, you will probably never realize it.

Traditionally it was believed that you needed power in order to be successful in life, but today things have changed. We are now living in the age of influence, where positions of power and authority do not necessarily equate to success.
