We're excited to announce that we're now approved for Facebook. After months and months of hard work, our app is now finally ready to pull Facebook Lead Ads. Since leads have been a primary focus for our app, we have a lot of exciting things coming up, and Facebook is just one of them. With this excitement comes a realization of all the other problems we created by knocking down one of our biggest hurdles.

Can you imagine giving away a $3,500 prize package and have no one show up to the giveaway? That’s what happened to me. It was a beautiful sunny day and we spent a few weeks planning this launch. We invited a ton of people online with a table of goodies to give away, and the launch was still a complete disaster. I’ll tell you why...

The phrase 'It's Time To Step It Up' has different meanings for everyone, but for me, it means to do more, to be better, to push myself harder. We all understand the philosophy to work hard now for a better future, but there's a difference between working hard and working for measurable results.  The question I had to ask myself is what am I intentionally doing...subconsciously or not that is slowing me down from "success." As I share this story, maybe ask yourself if you're doing the same.
